I thought I valued myself, my time, and my health, but my actions demonstrated differently.
I was living in fear at the expense of prioritizing and valuing myself and my health. I was seeking certainty and clarity from the external noise and from others who didn’t have the results, or frankly, the life that I wanted.
When I started keeping the promises I made to myself and invested in myself, everything unlocked to live from a perspective of gratitude and abundance valuing myself.

As a child nicknamed the “energizer bunny,” I’ve always had big dreams, a lot of energy, highly focused, optimistic, and found joy in adding value to others.
I understand how frustrating it is to not control your day or your time. How you don’t want to let anyone down in your life so you don’t honor yourself or include yourself in the equation of your own life.
I understand how it feels like there is never enough- time, money, energy, trips, things, etc. and to keep reaching for more to find exactly what you think will fulfill you.
Or feel like you’re wasting your time and staying stuck. You shouldn’t have to stay small or silent in an environment, situation, or around people who do not value your time, energy, and presence, exactly as you are.
I get it. I understand the freedom and possibilities that exist when we value and trust ourselves and tune in to the inner whispers.
